As well as your name given at birth, it is possible to have some fun and show what you are a fan of by changing your name by deed poll. Some people take their sport very seriously and wish to make everyone aware of the support for a player, team or organisation. Would you change your name to include Portsmouth Football Club?

John Westwood did. He takes his support of Pompey seriously and changing his name is only a small move by his standards.
